Palazzo Beccaguti Cavriani has been built between the end of the 15th century and the 1530 by Alessio Beccaguti, military commander and civil engineer at the service of Francesco II and Federico II Gonzaga.
The restoration has been conceived as minimal and pure, with a mixture of historic and contemporary elements and with works of art that engage with the architecture of the place and its spaces.
The main residence, which includes the courtyard, the gallery, the garden, and the pool, houses the Bernardelli Ghisi Collection, which alternates with solo exhibitions of Italian and international artists.
The setting provides complete privacy, which is unexpected for the historic city center.
The size of the city and the unique atmosphere of the residence form the perfect foundation for an extraordinary and lesser-known itinerary.

Palazzo Beccaguti Cavriani è stato costruito tra la fine del 1400 e il 1530 da Alessio Beccaguti comandante militare e ingegnere civile al servizio di Francesco II e Federico II Gonzaga.
Tra antico e contemporaneo, circondati dalle opere d’arte che dialogano con un’architettura importante, il restauro è stato pensato essenziale e puro.
L’abitazione padronale, di cui fa parte il cortile, la galleria, il giardino e la piscina, ospita la Collezione Bernardelli Ghisi che si alterna a mostre personali di artisti italiani e internazionali.
Il contesto è di assoluta privacy, inaspettata per il centro storico.
